Working closely with the Finance Director, you will become a visible and trusted partner across the organisation, supporting operational and strategic financial management while leading a small and capable support team.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate and insightful monthly management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis
Lead budgeting processes, financial controls, audit preparation, and year-end activities
Oversee cash flow management, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed asset registers
Partner with senior leaders to support informed financial decision-making
Ad hoc reporting as required
Ideally you will be experienced in management accounting and financial controls, be confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders and you will be a collaborative leader who enjoys supporting and developing people.
