This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment. This role presents an excellent opportunity to handle a broad residential property caseload, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages and lease extensions Transfers of equity Complex title and ownership matters Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties You will play a pivotal role in upholding the department’s excellent standards while helping maintain and grow long-standing client relationships.
