Company Overview:
Door 6 is a small Point of Sale company in the north of the city looking for an ambitious and proactive multi-tasker to join our installations team.
Role Overview:
You will be working alongside the Operations Director (OD) as part of the Projects and Installations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the OD with the scheduling of installations nationwide.
Liaising with retail sites and contacts to book installations in various environments such as stand-alone boutique stores, department stores, or exhibition venues.
Creating risk assessments and method statements needed to permit access to retail sites.
Preparing information for the Installation team to ensure they follow the guidelines stated by our client.
Liaising with colleagues, clients, installers, and retail sites to keep all parties informed of current progress for each project.
Collating feedback from installers post-installation, monitoring and addressing any snags, and sending feedback to the client within a designated timeframe.
Performing warehouse duties as required.
Handling administration duties for accounts, matching PO to supplier invoices, coding invoices to job numbers, data input, and other ad-hoc duties.
General office administration and other ad-hoc duties to assist the teams.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment that can be high pressure during busy periods.
Excellent communication skills.
Extremely high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Ability to show initiative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
