If so, we are looking for a part-time (21.5 hours) Library Assistant at Hexham/Allendale Library to assist in the promotion and delivery of a comprehensive and efficient library and information service to residents and visitors in Northumberland by maintaining the day to day operations on site; acting as the first point of contact, maintaining a high level of customer care and undertaking a range of tasks that support the delivery of a quality service. Proposed Working Pattern (subject to change) Monday - Hexham 4.5 hours Thursday - Allendale - 6 hours Friday - Hexham - 7.5 hours Alternate Saturdays - Hexham - 7 hours Initial training will be held at Hexham Library. Once fully trained you will be lone working at our single-manned library at Allendale. Access to your own vehicle would be advantageous to travel to Allendale.
