We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, large-scale digital transformation projects.
This is a senior leadership opportunity to set delivery vision, ensure outcomes are achieved, and create a high-performing environment where teams are empowered to thrive. The role combines delivery ownership, governance, client relationship management, and business development influence.
As a Delivery Manager, you will: Set the vision and be accountable for delivering outcomes across multi-disciplinary teams.
Define and track success measures beyond cost, scope, and time, ensuring high value outcomes.
Own budgets of £1M+ with accurate forecasting, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
Establish strong governance and quality standards across the delivery lifecycle.
Empower and coach teams, ensuring they have clear goals and growth opportunities.
Act as an escalation point for issues across individuals, teams, or projects.
Build and sustain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and shaping innovative solutions.
A successful Digital Delivery Manager will have: Consulting background with strong client-facing experience (essential).
5+ years' experience delivering digitally-driven projects in an Agile environment .
Experience within the Public Sector or Public Health (essential).
Proven governance and commercial management experience, including contracts and commercials.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Desirable: Experience managing distributed Agile teams in multi-supplier environments.
Familiarity with research, analytics, and design disciplines in digital delivery.
Evidence of business development or winning follow-on engagements.
Recognised Project/Programme Management certification.
