Community Staff Nurse – Entry level, Band 5
Agency: NHS Scotland – Internal vacancy only; open to NHS Scotland staff only
Location: Jedburgh Health Centre, Jedburgh District Nursing Team
Working pattern: 22.3 hours per week, 3 shifts of 7.4 hours each, Monday to Sunday rotation (0830‑1630 / 1000‑1800)

Role Summary
We are seeking to recruit a Registered Nurse to work within the Cheviot District Nursing Team. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic and motivated team, delivering a variety of care needs alongside the wider health care team to patients in their own homes.
Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, care planning and delivery for community patients.
* Work within a team to manage complex care needs.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
* Participate in shift handovers and rota planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Experience of working in the community is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills and adaptability to different environments.
* Valid driving licence.
