The non-invasive Cardiology Department undertakes ECG, Ambulatory monitoring, Echo, Physiologist led Exercise service, Pacemaker follow ups. As well as a full range of Respiratory investigations.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Assistant Technical Officer within our busy and friendly Cardiac Department. You will ideally have relevant experience within this field.

SpaceLabs
Assist in ETTs
Independently perform ECGs, holter and BP fitting and downloading

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* GCSE’s in Maths and English or equivalent, Grade 4 or above.
Desirable criteria
* Intermediate Life Support and PILS SCST ECG qualification or equivalent
* Experience of using Cerner

* Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills
* Able to stay calm under pressure
* Ability to be organised
