Nursery Nurse / Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Leominster

What's in it for you?
You will be working within the nursery, After school club or creche providing high-quality care and education to a wide range of age groups, from babies through to preschool and school-aged children. You will need to be flexible and confident in adapting to different age groups and routines.
* Planning and implementing engaging and stimulating activities that promote children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observing and assessing children's progress and maintaining accurate records.
* Leading and supporting activities, both indoors and outdoors, fostering children's curiosity and love for learning.
* Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
* Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery, including mealtimes and general nursery duties.
What do you need?
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent (newly qualified candidates will be considered).
* Experience working across a range of early years age groups is desirable.
* A genuine passion for working with children and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* An enhanced child-barred DBS, dated within the last 3 years or registered on the Update Service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A caring, adaptable, and proactive approach to your work.
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A driving licence and access to a car (beneficial due to some of our clients locations).
