Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Hayes Location: England, Greater London, Hayes Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £90 - £110 Per day Job Duties: Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities Assist teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment Monitor and track student progress Collaborate with other staff members to support student learning Required Qualifications: Previous Experience in Education Passion for Education Enhanced DBS clearance Level 2 in Childcare is preferred Knowledge and Skills: Proactive and adaptable approach Strong time management skills Excellent communication skills Ability to engage with students effectively Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 in Childcare Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) Working Conditions: Work in a school setting Regular interaction with students and teaching staff Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Potential for some flexibility in working hours All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
