Children’s Registered Manager Brand New Residential Service – Two Bed Home – LD and autism
Between £50,000 and £60,000 plus company car and bonus
Compass Associates is currently working with a provider of home care and supported living services that are looking to expand into the children’s sector by opening their first children’s homes. Together we’re looking for a passionate Registered Manager for a two-bed residential home.
This exciting opportunity means you’ll be helping the organisation to set up their home, and recruit your own team alongside the company, allowing you the unique chance to make your mark on the home and change children’s lives.
Your willingness to get stuck into the role, support the team and help it grow will allow you to succeed in this role. It’s essential that the children are at the heart of every decision you make, allowing you to make a positive change in their lives.
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
Two years of experience working within a residential care position
The first interview will be informal over the phone or on Zoom with the director. Company car
~£5,000 bonus for achieving an Outstanding at inspection.
~3% - 5% linked performance uplift
~ Bonus for achieving an ‘Outstanding’ at Inspection in the form of a one-time payment or up to 3% increase in salary

Holiday Allowance
30 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays. Enhanced holiday scheme whereby if you work bank holidays you will receive an additional two more days of annual leave for the same year.
