What you’ll be doing
1. Embed our brand vision, experience, identity, and creative platform across every area of the business, ensuring consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
2. Establish and rigorously manage brand governance processes to ensure full compliance with EE brand guidelines and principles.
3. Provide expert consultation and final sign-off on all communications—internal and external—across channels including events, retail, indirect, digital, devices, and training.
4. Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines and principles, ensuring they remain relevant, accessible, and consistently applied.
5. Oversee the creation, distribution, and evolution of brand assets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder needs.
6. Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business, partnering on a wide range of projects to bring the brand to life.
7. Responsible for building, evolving and delivering the brand inductions, establishing a ‘sign up’ process for future sessions.
8. Work alongside the strategy team, to ensure that all product and service development and partnerships start to deliver against the brand vision
What we're looking for
9. Comprehensive knowledge of branding disciplines, including brand strategy, visual identity, and brand experience.
10. Understanding of the creative process and the strategic value of corporate identity as a business asset.
11. Solid understanding of brand governance and creative processes, with hands-on experience managing brand assets.
12. Passionate about branding and marketing, with a genuine enthusiasm for creating impactful brand experiences.
13. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
14. Strong capabilities in planning, organisation, and project management, with a focus on delivering results.
15. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
16. Confident decision-maker, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
17. Experienced in creative briefing and problem-solving, with a sharp eye for design and detail.
18. Copywriting expertise and a keen visual sensibility.
