About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Success Manager to join our team. This pivotal role combines responsibility for managing and deepening relationships with existing clients while also driving growth by securing new business opportunities. Acting as both a trusted advisor and a business developer, the Client Success Manager will work closely with Partners, Directors and service line teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to the firm’s commercial success.


Key Responsibilities


Client Care and Engagement

* Act as a principal relationship manager for an allocated portfolio of clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and client satisfaction
* Conduct regular client service review meetings and develop and implement client engagement strategies to improve satisfaction, retention and advocacy
* Act as a primary point of contact for key clients regarding engagement initiatives, events, communications, and feedback
* Anticipate and respond to client needs, co-ordinating with internal teams to deliver timely advice and tailored services
* Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring communication is clear, proactive, and aligned with client goals
* Collaborate with the Marketing Executive to design and execute client communications, and newsletters, etc.
* Design and execute webinars and educational content
* Co-ordinate client-focused events, seminars and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and showcase the firm’s expertise
* Monitor and report on client feedback and engagement metrics to inform service improvements and marketing campaigns
* Work closely with fee-earning teams to ensure a seamless client experience and consistent messaging


Business Development

* Proactively identify, pursue and secure new client opportunities in line with the firm’s growth objectives
* Develop networks, attend industry and community events and leverage relationships to build brand presence and generate leads
* Contribute to the development and execution of business development plans, including sector-specific or service line growth initiatives
* Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and regularly update progress against business development targets
* Act as Project Manager for our CRM system (Fibre), working with service line contacts and the IT team to ensure it is up to date and working to full effectiveness
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services by understanding client needs and promoting relevant offerings


Ideal Candidate

A dynamic, client-focused professional with a passion for building relationships and enhancing client experience, the ideal candidate will be a creative communicator, skilled at translating client insights into actionable marketing initiatives that drive loyalty and growth for the firm.


Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in account management, client success, or business development, ideally within professional services or financial / accounting environments
* Proven project management skills and a delivery-focused approach
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to trusted relationships across all levels of seniority
* Ability to balance client care delivery with commercial acumen
* A proven, solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify opportunities and follow them through to successful outcomes
* Excellent organisational skills, with the capability to manage multiple client priorities concurrently
* Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms and digital communication tools
* Professional service background would be advantageous
