Reporting into the Head of Channel Marketing, this is a key role within a digitally transforming marketing team focused on elevating web and app performance across a global collection of destinations.
The Role
As Senior Digital Manager, youll take ownership of the groups website and app experience, leading the front-end strategy, managing agencies, and ensuring all digital channels reflect the brands luxury positioning and performance goals.
Youll define and deliver the UX and SEO strategy, oversee content and design execution, and use data and insights to optimise performance. This is a role for someone who combines creative intuition with commercial rigour able to translate brand storytelling into seamless, high-performing digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the website and app user experience strategy, prioritising initiatives based on data, insight, and stakeholder feedback
* Oversee front-end design and content development, ensuring digital touchpoints are current, on-brand, and impactful
* Define and manage the SEO roadmap in collaboration with external agencies
* Drive performance measurement using analytics tools and guest insights
* Manage sprint planning and post-launch delivery alongside IT and agency partners
* Support and mentor Village Web Managers across markets, promoting best practice and consistency
Your Experience
* Proven experience managing web, app, and SEO strategies (agency management essential; hands-on SEO not required)
* Background in luxury, fashion, retail, lifestyle, or hospitality
* Strong grasp of UX principles, content editing, and front-end management
* Experience working with CMS platforms (Contentful, Unbraco, or similar) and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
* Highly organised with strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills
* Performance-minded, with a commercial understanding of reach, ROI, and consumer behaviour
* Comfortable managing agencies, briefing creatives, and overseeing delivery across multiple markets
