The Role Partnering closely with the Head of People and the wider team, you will bring your expertise in best practice people solutions, ensuring that people processes align seamlessly with business objectives, while fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous development. You will play a critical role in enhancing employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and performance management, while also serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike. Key Responsibilities Line Manager Collaboration Employee Lifecycle, Relations & Engagement Performance, Learning, & Development HR Operations, Compliance & Reporting People Projects and Initiatives The Successful Person University degree in Business, Human Resources or an equivalent degree Level 5 CIPD Qualified. 4+ years' experience as a People Generalist.
