Job Title: Multiskilled Mechanical Engineer
Location: Sedgefield, UK
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, up to £38,000 per annum
This is more than just a routine maintenance job; it's an opportunity to be the go-to expert for our site. You'll take ownership of our mechanical systems, from HVAC to plumbing, tackling both planned maintenance and reactive repairs. With a variety of tasks that also include general building upkeep, no two days will be the same. You'll use modern digital tools to work efficiently and be a key point of contact for the team on-site.
Key Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Additional skills/experience in electrical, plumbing, or building fabric maintenance
* Proven experience in a similar role within a Facilities Management or building services environment
