Job Description
1. Provide hands-on quality engineering support across manufacturing and cleanroom operations
2. Support NPIs, active projects, and product transfers to ensure compliant execution and release
3. Draft and implement incoming inspection procedures and quality documentation
4. Lead quality aspects of change management, risk assessment, and validation activities
5. Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain
6. Identify quality gaps early and proactively mitigate risks across product lines

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Quality Engineer should have:
7. Bachelor's degree required
8. 3+ years of quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
9. Experience supporting validation, change management, and product transfers
10. Hands-on mindset with comfort working on the manufacturing floor
11. Internal auditing experience is a plus
12. Background in medical device, biotech, aerospace, or similar regulated industries preferred
