We are seeking a highly motivated Temporary Revenues and Benefits Officer to join the Contact Centre team, handling administration of council tax and benefits. You will work within a busy team, with previous experience in dealing with difficult situations over the phone or face-to-face.
Knowledge and experience in processing council tax, housing benefit, and localised council tax support are advantageous, as well as familiarity with the NEC revenues and benefits software system.
You must maintain client confidentiality at all times and handle sensitive issues professionally and courteously.
This is a temporary 12-month contract.
