Retail store supervisor/team leader

The Role of Store Supervisor

Our SUPERVISORS are ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our award‑winning business. We are expanding our family by looking for an amazing SUPERVISOR to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas High Wycombe store. The role involves leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results and deliver an incredible customer experience.

Hours & Schedule

This Store Supervisor opportunity covers 20 hours per week across 4 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays, or both. Apply to chat through shifts that would work best for you.

Qualifications

We seek candidates from a retail supervisor or senior sales assistant background who love putting a smile on customers’ faces, leaving them with magical moments they’ll never forget, can lead a team by example, and provide support.
