An established, leading and highly reputable claimant law firm—recognised as a top-tier practice in the Legal 500 for Clinical Negligence—is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor or junior Solicitor (NQ+) to join its growing team. The Role
You will join a busy and expanding department, working closely with senior partners on a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters. As an NQ+, you will assist on mixed multi-track cases, including complex and high-value claims, while also developing responsibility for your own files as appropriate.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting senior partners on complex, multi-track clinical negligence cases
* Managing your own caseload of lower-value matters under supervision
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, medical experts, and counsel
* Reviewing medical records and preparing detailed case summaries
* Supporting the progression of high-value litigation
About You
* Newly Qualified Solicitor or up to circa 2 years’ PQE
* Experience in clinical negligence (seat experience or post-qualification) is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Excellent client care and communication abilities
* A genuine interest in claimant clinical negligence work
