This role is ideal for graduates with a strong academic background in English who are considering a career in teaching. Key Responsibilities Supporting teachers in delivering English lessons across KS3-KS5. Providing 1:1 and small group support in English Language and Literature. Assisting students with reading, writing, and comprehension tasks. Helping to prepare learning resources and classroom materials. Supporting students with varying learning needs to reach their potential. Contributing to a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Requirements A BSc in English or equivalent degree (English Literature, English Language, or related subject). Excellent communication and literacy skills.
