Base pay range
Senior Support Worker - Ellesmere Port - £13.22 per hour
Typical shifts: Monday to Sunday - 7:30am - 3:00pm, 2:30pm - 10:00pm and 9:45pm - 7:45am or 10:00pm - 8:00am.

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our brand-new ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) residential service in Ellesmere Port – Knot House. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new service.
As a Senior Support Worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are able to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our seniors are at the heart of providing day‑to‑day support.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to the lives of others, whether that’s helping colleagues grow in confidence or the people we support gain independence so that they meet their goals.
We’re interested in Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals with an acquired brain injury.
