Manpower are seeking a motivated and dependable Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing business. This is an on-going role with a 3-day working week. Required days can change to accommodate the right candidate but will be between Monday and Friday.
The role is located close to Alford; However, transport is provided to and from Louth outside of the standard shift hours.
Location: Pick-up location- Louth
Salary: £12.83 per hour
Hours: Part-Time (3 days per week) | Day Shifts

Key Responsibilities
1. Operating within a busy production environment
2. Packing, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch
3. Handling materials and components throughout the production process
4. Carrying out manual handling duties as required
5. Following company quality standards and production procedures
6. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
7. Supporting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
8. Adhering to all health and safety policies
About You

9. Previous experience within production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing environments

Essential Requirements
15. Own transport is required due to the location of the site
16. Physically capable of lifting and moving materials when necessary
17. Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
18. Flexibility to work additional hours during busy periods
Working Hours
19. Day shifts only, no weekends.
20. Start time: 8:00am
21. Finish time varies depending on production requirements (up to 7:00pm)
