Runcorn up to £28,000 DOE
Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with a leading organisation, based in the Runcorn area who are seeking to recruit a Accounts Assistant – to join a well-established team.
Duties of the role:
1. Purchase Ledger – responsible for the day-to-day processing of purchase invoices (high volumes)
2. Creating purchase Orders on to Sage50
3. Bank reconciliations.
4. Raising manual invoices
5. Processing recurring invoices and collections
6. Credit Control – requesting payments from creditor accounts.
7. Processing employee expenses
8. Supporting with the production of management accounts and year end reporting
9. Assisting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc admin tasks
Skills required:
10. Successful candidate must possess excellent IT skills & be confident using Excel
11. Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.
12. Ability to take initiative and practical approach to problem solving
