Reporting to your Drainage Team Leader you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing on-site support to Developer Customers, in the delivery and adoption of new drainage assets, discussing drainage applications. In addition, you will also excel at supporting our household customers who wish to undertake development work close to existing Anglian Water assets. You will receive full training for this role, we just need you to bring excellent customer service!
