* Circa £55k DOE + performance led bonus/commission
We are seeking a visionary Head of eCommerce & Trade Sales to lead our growth across all channels. This is not just a sales role, it’s an opportunity to shape the way our brand connects with customers, setting the standard for excellence in both digital and physical spaces.
What You’ll Do
* Own and grow revenue across e-commerce, (online/offline) and trade channels.
* Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
* Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our brand vision.
* Ensure every customer touchpoint—online or offline— is exceptional.
* Identify and secure key business opportunities, collaborations, and wholesale accounts.
* Use data, insights, and creativity to continually improve performance.
Essential experience required
* Proven track record in sales leadership within interiors, furniture, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
* Experience driving results across both e-commerce and offline channels.
* Inspirational leader with strong people management skills.
