Senior Sales Negotiator – Brentwood, CM14
A busy, dynamic and highly successful Estate Agency based in Brentwood CM14 are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator. The successful candidate will be comfortable working towards targets and under pressure. This is an all-encompassing and very varied role which would suit a highly driven, personable and self‑motivated individual.
Responsibilities
* Ability to bring in new business
* Booking valuations
* Carry out market appraisals, maintain a solid average fee and command a good conversion rate
* Register applicant’s details and property requirements
* Identify potential buyers and secure viewings
* Accompany prospective buyers to view properties
* Follow up viewings and secure offers
* Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
* Maintain regular contact with vendors and buyers, building rapport and relationships
* Photograph properties and advertise them on relevant property portals
* Prioritise daily workload and work to deadlines
* Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
* Provide excellent customer service
Key Skills and Experience
* Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment
* Excellent communication skills, able to articulate ideas concisely
* Enjoy working in a team environment
* Clear ambition to progress and continuously challenge yourself
* Experience is an advantage but not essential
* Strong team player with 5‑star customer service skills, smartly and professionally presented, hardworking
* Good local knowledge of Brentwood and surrounding area; full UK driving licence and own car required
Hours and Salary
Monday‑Friday 9 am – 6 pm, Saturdays 9 am – 5 pm with one day off during the week. Salary range £23,500 pa – £28,000 pa, basic OTE of around £40,000 – £45,000.
