Review and optimise the labor utilisation and technical performance of technicians and support staff.
Conduct in-depth analysis of all bodyshop operations, including vehicle intake, scheduling, repair process flow, painting, and quality control.
Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction, and quality of repair.
Identify and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or safety.
Analyse estimating processes (e.g., use of Audatex) to ensure accuracy and maximise repair profitability.
Develop strategies to enhance the customer claims journey, from initial contact to final vehicle handover.
Advise on improving relationships and reporting protocols with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and fleet managers.
Ensure all repair processes comply with regulatory standards.
Strong understanding of vehicle repair methodology, damage assessment, paint systems, and current industry trends.
