Due to the continuing growth of our business, we are looking to appoint a talented individual to the new role of Influencer Marketing & Social Media Assistant, working alongside our Senior Influencer Marketing Executive and Social Media & Content Executive. This role reports directly to our Brand & Community Manager. As the Influencer Marketing & Social Media Assistant, you will help manage the day-to-day logistics of our influencer gifting programme: track the success of our influencer marketing campaigns: and assist in the creation of native content for our social channels. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social media platforms, who understands not only classic influencer aesthetics but also the role of authenticity and humour. You will be as happy to help create and schedule content to bring our lingerie, nightwear and swimwear collections to life as you are to engage and comment on influencers’ Boux related content on their channels.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Influencer Support & Logistics
2. Discovery: You will constantly be on the lookout for emerging influencers and content creators who align with our brand DNA.
3. Gifting & Samples: Manage the end-to-end sample process, from packing "unboxing" experiences to tracking deliveries and logging them on the tracker.
4. Campaign Admin: You will generate UTM links for talent, ensure content briefs are sent promptly, and save all incoming creator content to the brand drive.
5. TikTok Shop: Assist with TikTok Shop creator engagement, helping approve samples and communicating with creators via Lark and the TikTok platform.
6. General Social Gifting Support: For Meta and TT creators as well as helping to organise gifting for our influencers invited to visit stores.
7. Content Creation & Social Media
8. Native Content Production: Actively create "lo-fi" and high-energy content for TikTok and Instagram (GRWMs, styling hauls, BTS, and trending transitions).
9. On-Set Assistance: Support the Social Media Executive during content days, capturing "behind the scenes" footage.
10. Community Management: Help comment on our socials, engaging with our community to build brand love and loyalty.
11. Trend Research: Identify weekly TikTok/Reels trends and sounds, pitching creative ways to feature our products within those trends.
12. Reporting & Administration
13. Budgeting: Manage the processing of invoices and help to update the monthly budget tracker.
14. Competitor Intelligence: Assist in the creation of weekly reports to see how other brands are showing up in the influencer space.
15. Reporting: Gather data on influencer reach and engagement to help the Senior Executive build monthly performance decks.
16. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
17. Social Native: A good understanding of the TikTok and Meta ecosystems. You know what makes a video go viral.
18. Creative Eye: Basic skills in mobile video editing would be helpful but training can be given.
19. Communication: Excellent written English with the ability to write brand appropriate, accurate copy for briefs and captions.
20. Relationship building: Form great relationships with all levels of influencers with whom we work, as well as internal stakeholders and store managers.
21. Organisation: The ability to manage multiple spreadsheets, sample requests, and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
