We are recruiting for a HR Analyst for a leading Aerospace organisation based in Broughton.
The first 4 weeks will be fully on site it will then be 3 days on site, 2 days WFH.
To work as part of a team responsible for the data analysis and data processing of a broad range of personnel administration related transactions received from internal stakeholders, whilst adhering to Service Level Agreements.
To provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues on the telephone and via e-mail on a broad range of personnel administrations matters.
To provide daily support to internal and external stakeholders to support the successful running of the payroll from start to finish.
Key Accountabilities
1. Analysis and approval of incoming Personnel Administration changes via the Workday system such as:
2. External Recruits
3. Internal Recruits
4. Termination
5. Change Job – Change of Location, Change of Working Time, Change of Contract
6. Organisational Changes
7. Personal Details Changes
8. Leave of Absence – Maternity / Adoption / Sabbatical Leave
9. International Mobility – Transfer In / Transfer Out / International Secondment / Local+
10. Monitoring the Interface between the Workday and SAP systems
11. Processing of all Personnel Administration changes via the ‘Interface Monitoring Tool’ into SAP.
12. Manual SAP processing of Personnel Administration changes that cannot be processed via the ‘Interface Monitoring Tool’.
13. Manual SAP processing of all peripheral activities to support main Personnel Administration changes such as holiday pay calculations, settlement agreements, Eligibility to Work forms, P45 / Starter Checklist.
14. Support testing of all future improvements to the Workday tool
15. Work closely with the Workday Project Team to implement improvements to the Workday tool
16. Query handling via email and telephone

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
27. Experience of data input, data analysis and handling queries is required and preferably within a payroll environment.
28. Experience of a computerised payroll system - SAP would be preferable
29. Experience of a computerised personnel administration system - Workday would be desirable
30. Experience of working in a busy office environment and performing a broad range of administrative duties
31. Excellent skills in the use of Google Applications
32. Proven customer service experience both verbal and written
