Responsibilities
* Provide technical ICT support to pupils and staff at both Hargate and some neighbouring Sandwell schools.
* Be responsible for leading new innovations on ICT.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills.
* Be required to work with pupils, as directed by teaching staff/Senior Leaders, in order to support the use of curriculum resources and achievement through the use of ICT.
* Develop a full understanding of the school's management information system in relation to data collection, analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
* GCSE pass/ equivalent in English and Maths
* A Level or equivalent Level 3 ICT qualification
* Evidence of ongoing professional development
* MCP/MCSA/MCSE/CompTIA A+ or equivalent
* Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
* Good verbal, listening and communication skills that enable you to work with a wide variety of people
* Good organisational skills with the ability to take direction but also work as part of a team
* Reliable and dependable and willing to "pitch in" at all times.

* Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 requires fluent spoken English; therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for this role.
Contract, Hours and Salary
* Term-time working, plus one week
* 37 hours per week - we are happy to consider part-time working
* Working pattern - Monday - Thursday 8:15am - 4:15pm, Friday 8:15am - 3:45pm
* Salary £31,537 - £36,363 FTE (Term Time plus one week)
* Actual salary £28,262 - £32,586 (pro rata to weeks worked)
* Pre-employment checks, including online checks will be carried out in line with KCSIE
Hours are 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days; Grade Band E 18-25 (£31,537 - £36,363 FTE) Actual Salary £28,262 - £32,586.
