Corporate Associate (M&A / Private Equity) – 2–5 PQE

We are instructed on a confidential search for a high-calibre Corporate Associate (2–5 PQE) to join the London office of a market-leading US law firm, working within a top-ranked M&A and Private Equity practice.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most prestigious transactional platforms in the City, advising global private equity sponsors, investment banks, financial institutions and multinational corporates on high-value, cross-border transactions.
The Role
You will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of complex and high-profile transactions, including:
* Cross-border public and private M&A
* Sponsor-side and portfolio company private equity work
* Strategic joint ventures and carve-outs
* Growth capital and minority investments

Candidate Profile
* England & Wales qualified solicitor
* 2–5 years’ PQE gained at a leading City, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or top-tier international / US firm
* Strong experience in M&A and/or Private Equity transactions
* Excellent academics and training background
* Commercial, driven, and intellectually curious
