The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, and fostering positive public relations to enhance brand awareness and community engagement. Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
* To be 'the face' of the brand and be comfortable delivering to camera whilst creating adverts for all channels.
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube and others.
* Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions; respond promptly to foster community engagement.
* Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategy and improve outreach effectiveness.
* Manage online reputation by maintaining positive public relations and addressing any issues or negative feedback professionally.
* Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
* Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
* General Business Operation Tasks when required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles preferred but not essential.
* Social Media Content Creation Portfolio or Previous Experience. Confident delivery to camera is essential.
* Strong understanding of public relations principles and effective communication techniques.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to create compelling visual and written content tailored to target audiences.
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Proficient Customer Engagement, customer service and communication skills
* Knowledge of analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports is not essential but preferred
