We are working with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" mixed secondary school in Camden recruiting for a Data Analyst. This is a critical role within the school's senior administrative team, providing the insights necessary to maintain high academic standards.
The School This Camden-based school is a leader in academic innovation and social mobility. The leadership team relies heavily on data-driven insights to tailor interventions for students. You will work in a professional, scholarly environment where your analytical expertise directly impacts student outcomes and school strategy.
The Role This is a full-time, permanent position for an ASAP start. You will be responsible for the integrity and analysis of the school's academic and pastoral data sets.
* Key responsibilities include:
o Reporting: Producing detailed attainment and progress reports for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Governing Body.
o Management Information Systems: Managing the school's MIS (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom) to ensure data accuracy and security.
o Visualisation: Creating intuitive dashboards using Power BI or Excel to track student trends and highlight underperformance.
o Statutory Returns: Coordinating the school's census returns and ensuring compliance with DfE data requirements.
o Exams Support: Assisting the Exams Officer with the analysis of GCSE and A-Level results during the summer results period.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary Range: £40,317 – £62,496 (Inner London Scale)
