As Executive Assistant for this well known individual you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating an extremely busy high profile international schedule which mainly focuses on the Principal's attendance at global events, conferences and media / news channels and broadcasts. We are seeking an exceptionally organsised, unflappable individual who thrives in a dynamic, growing environment and is adept at handling diverse responsibilities with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities: Complex Diary and Schedule Management across multiple global time zones Liaise with conference organizers to coordinate speaking opportunities. Confirm all logistics regarding speaking engagements and attendance at events Collaborate internally with Marketing and Media teams to promote events and internal networking opportunities. Manage Principal's attendance at Investor Roadshows (IR) including communication with respective points of contact, calendar entries, itinerary updates, and schedule coordination. Coordinate activities, including press arrangements and related logistics. Assist in scheduling and coordinating virtual meetings, face-to-face meetings, events, interviews, podcasts, and investor meetings. Aid in AGM arrangements and company Annual Report preparations. Essential: Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Sheets Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. You will have prior experience Chairman / Chief Executive / Founder/ HNWI Some weekend and out of hours will be required in this role
