The role
As a Lead Commissioning Engineer, you will direct a team to deliver work aligned with Start Up, Commissioning, and Pre-Operations processes. This includes developing delivery plans, reviewing progress, and collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This role offers a pathway to management and senior management positions within a long-term program.
The ideal person
You should have an HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline, with experience leading or supervising a team in a technical or engineering environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, especially given the project's scale and stakeholder diversity. Experience in Nuclear or highly regulated environments is advantageous but not mandatory if you possess the relevant skills and experience.
