About the Role

You must have at least 6 months experience as an Inventory Clerk with knowledge of the Inventory Base property inspection software app.
Here's What's In Store
* Freelance Property Inventory Clerk Role: You'll enjoy the freedom of self-employment and the flexibility to choose your working days each month.
* Weekend Work Available: Ideally, althought not required, you should be available to work most Saturdays in the month, along with other weekends, as well as the first and last days of each month when demand is at its peak.
* Competitive Compensation: Your earnings will range from £50 to £90 per property inspection, with the potential to complete up to 4 inspections in one day, depending on the property size.
* Earning Potential: Depending on the time of year, you can look forward to monthly earnings ranging from £1500 to £3500. Please note that you'll be responsible for covering your own expenses, including travel, which has been accounted for in our pricing.
The position involves conducting property inspections in various London locations (mainly N & NW London), evaluating their condition, and crafting precise reports with the aid of state-of-the-art technology. Additionally, you will act as the property agency's representative for key collection and handover.
