Your role

:Support customers with mental health needs to build confidence and reach their potential
:Provide a hands:on, high:quality support service
:Encourage daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and community involvement
:Promote social inclusion and help customers develop resilience and self:esteem
:Work with agencies on behalf of customers, encouraging choice and acting as an advocate when needed
:Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices

:Ability to keep accurate records and share information clearly with the team
:Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families and agencies
:Experience working effectively as part of a team

:NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
