An exciting opportunity for a Senior Resourcing Assistant has arisen in the newly formed Resourcing Team.
The post holder will work as part of a team responsible for providing an NHS Highland-wide resourcing service covering all job families across all geographic areas of NHS Highland.
The team’s activities include:
1. Coordinating recruitment to posts on Agenda for Change, Medical, Dental, and Executive terms and conditions of employment.
2. Coordination of bank and agency worker engagements, resident doctor rotation, redeployment, etc.
The role includes:
* Administration of the full recruitment and onboarding process, including employment checks and contractual documentation.
* Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers, employees, and applicants.
Opportunities will also be available to participate in other resourcing projects and improvement activities.
The postholder will be based in either Inverness or Lochgilphead.
This is a permanent full-time post of 37 hours per week, which will reduce to 36 hours from 1 April 2026, working according to service requirements.
