Position Overview
The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn is seeking a hard‑working and enthusiastic individual to support the Radiology Department and assist Radiologists and Radiographers in performing a range of radiological procedures—including ultrasound, X‑ray examinations, nuclear medicine, MRI and CT.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist all aspects of patient care within the Radiology department.
* Provide housekeeping duties, including cleaning specialist equipment.
* Help move patients, beds and trolleys as required.
* Support radiographers in undertaking radiographic procedures, including moving and handling and helping to prepare patients for examinations.
* Book and cancel patient appointments as circumstances require.
* Collect and return patients to other parts of the hospital when necessary.
* Work within a 7‑day service model, which may include night shifts.
