The opportunity
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead and innovate our sustainability-driven service portfolio roadmap. This role is critical in shaping new sustainable offerings for transmission/distribution assets and systems, ensuring our solutions meet evolving environmental standards and customer needs.
How you'll make an impact
1. Define and execute the portfolio and service strategy with a strong focus on sustainability and circular economy principles
2. Innovate the service roadmap by introducing eco-efficient service offerings, such as life-extension programs, refurbishment, recycling, and digital solutions that reduce environmental impact
3. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and service product management to embed sustainability into both products and services throughout their lifecycle.
4. Conduct market and regulatory analysis to anticipate trends and integrate them into portfolio and service development plans
5. Drive business cases for new sustainable services and ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives
6. Support customer engagement with sustainability-focused value propositions for services related to our products
Your background
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with an extension or specialization in Sustainability or Environmental Management
8. Minimum 5 years in design or operation of transmission/distribution equipment
9. Experience with standards and regulatory landscapes affecting T&D equipment
10. Proven track record in product and/or portfolio management, including service offerings
11. Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, eco-design, and lifecycle assessment
12. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation in both products and services
