The Role
Working closely with Financial Planners and the wider team, you will play a key role in shaping client advice and ensuring recommendations are accurate, compliant, and tailored to individual needs.
What We’re Looking For
âś” Previous experience working as a Paraplanner
âś” Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
âś” Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments & protection
âś” Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
âś” Clear communication and report-writing ability
âś” A curious mindset and proactive approach
âś” Team spirit and commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes
âś” Experience leading or mentoring others (highly desirable)
