Job Overview
The Trust is recruiting a Project Manager to oversee the implementation of digital Remote Monitoring for cancer pathways across North Bristol NHS Trust.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to transforming patient pathways and improving patient experience.
Main Duties
* Support planning and manage delivery of the NBT Cancer Remote Monitoring project, collaborating with key stakeholders.
* Develop project documentation following standard project management methodologies.
* Create, monitor, and report on project plans, ensuring progress aligns with methodologies.
* Coordinate workforce projects to meet objectives.
* Facilitate project meetings and manage documentation.
* Analyze data to support decision-making.
* Produce monthly reports on the RM programme's progress.

Person Specification
Education, Training, and Experience
* Degree or equivalent in Project Management.
* PRINCE 2 or similar certification.
* Significant project implementation experience.
* Experience managing budgets, evaluating outcomes, analyzing data, and reporting.
* Excellent administrative and IT skills, with ability to set up systems and monitor performance.
* Experience working collaboratively across teams and organizations.
* Healthcare sector experience is desirable.
