Job Description
3. Trading & Reporting: Own Monday trade reports, sales/stock analysis, and support seasonal review packs.
4. Stock & Forecasting: Manage WSSI, line cards, intake trackers, and purchase orders; maintain healthy stock levels and forecasts. Follow intake process from PO raising to chasing production, booking freight to delivery into the business
5. Collaboration: Work closely with Buying, Ecommerce, Warehouse, and Marketing to ensure smooth product flow and strong launches.
6. Process Ownership: Handle critical paths, intake planning, new product estimation, and trading calendars.
7. Ecommerce Merchandising: Support managing product listings across online marketplaces and company website.

8. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Analytical and a numbers thinker
10. Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
11. Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels
12. Great problem-solving skills
13. Ability to manage your own time
14. Previous experience within a retail / brand head office
