Job Title: Site Secretary / Administrator

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum

We are working with one of the UK’s leading Main Contractors, currently delivering a flagship build in Corby, and looking to hire a professional and experienced Site Secretary / Administrator to join their dynamic team on site.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as Front of House – welcoming guests, clients, and site visitors
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth site operations
Coordinate meeting room bookings and manage site-based events
Support the team with site inductions for new starters and visitors
Carry out general office duties and assist the project management team with ad hoc tasksWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous administration experience, ideally within the construction industry
Confident, polished and professional manner
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities
