Temp to perm Business Support Administrator
The Business Support Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to our client based in Ipswich. This temp-to-perm opportunity involves managing diaries, coordinating travel, and maintaining high integrity. Effective communication, prioritisation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks proactively and efficiently are essential.
1. Arrange and coordinate diaries for meetings and book meeting rooms.
2. Set up meeting facilities, organise refreshments/lunch requirements, and IT equipment.
3. Provide day-to-day administration support to designated business teams.
4. Manage department spreadsheets.
5. Maintain credit card records.
6. Produce documentation as required within the business area of responsibility.
7. Track and manage staff anniversaries.
8. Support other members of the Business Support Team as needed and cover during absences.

* Significant high-level administrative experience, ideally with an EA background.
