We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support across a range of year groups. The role involves working alongside teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons, offering one-to-one support, and leading small group interventions to help children reach their learning goals. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. While previous classroom experience is desirable, it’s not essential – a can-do approach and willingness to learn are just as valuable.
