An exciting opportunity has arisen with Clarion Futures for an exceptional Employment Support Officer to join our team, specifically focused on supporting the youth in our community.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality advice and guidance to young individuals to help them develop the skills needed to enter the workforce.
* Work closely with each young person to create tailored action plans and set clear, achievable goals that lead them into training and employment opportunities.
* Provide a range of interventions, including employability workshops, confidence‑building activities, and job clubs designed for young people.
* Assist with job search strategies and connect young people to additional support resources.
* Build trust and rapport with young individuals, maintaining a methodical approach to tracking progress against targets.
* Travel across regions as required to meet young people across our community.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant Advice and Guidance qualification, or working towards one.
* Strong organisational and methodical tracking skills.
* Experience supporting young people in employment or career development is desirable.
Additional Information
* Post requires Enhanced Adult Criminal Record Check Clearance.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
* Clarion is not able to offer visa sponsorship.
