Overview
Admin Assistant - Wythenshawe Hearcare at Specsavers. As an administrator, you’ll be a key part of the business, ensuring all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, with a customer-first approach.
We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious individual who is the friendly and approachable point of contact for customers and colleagues. You’ll receive in-depth training and development to grow your skills and understanding.
Responsibilities
* Reception
* Diary management
* Communicating effectively with customers, hearing aid repairs clinicians and manufacturers
* Triaging
What we’re looking for
* Excellent admin and organisational skills
* Comfortable in a face-to-face environment – greeting customers as they come into the store
* Ability to use IT systems effectively (including Office 365)
* Great team worker
* Positive attitude
* Fantastic communicator
* Ability to adapt
Desirable skills
* Previous experience working in an administrative role or face-to-face customer service role
