Key Responsibilities Communication Management Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Ensure all correspondence is responded to promptly and effectively. Query Handling Manage general internal and external enquiries. Provide accurate information or escalate issues where necessary. Payment Processing Take and process customer payments efficiently. Maintain accurate financial records in line with internal procedures. Booking Coordination Schedule and manage bookings for various services, appointments, or deliveries. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination. General Administrative Support Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance across the wider team. Support office operations and ensure processes run efficiently.
