Role
The position is Executive Director of Finance, responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and digital innovation. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial leadership, ensure robust financial management and reporting, and work closely with the Vice Principal/CFO, Principal, and Senior Leadership Team to support the delivery of the college’s organisational aims and ambitions.
Qualifications and Experience
Fully qualified accountant with significant experience in senior financial management roles, preferably within the education or public sector. Experience in strategic financial planning, strong financial management and reporting skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
